Beer & Caviar at Lagerpalooza
Join me for a unique Beer & Caviar pairing at Felon's Lagerpalooza event. We will be sampling three of the festival lagers, paired with three caviars - Oscietra Gold, Royal Oscietra and the most famous and prestigious of all caviars Beluga. As a very special addition, we will also have a fourth match, pairing a lager to extra mature, 18-month-aged clothbound English cheddar from Quicke’s, to rediscover the traditional ploughman’s pairing.
